For smaller projects, we typically accommodate bookings as close as two days prior to the shooting date, depending on our availability. However, for larger projects and ad campaigns, we recommend booking our services two to four weeks in advance to ensure ample time for planning, preparation, and coordination to deliver exceptional results.

Our turnaround time for delivering the final product depends on the scope and complexity of the project:
Smaller Projects: We typically deliver the final product within five business days. However, for clients requiring faster turnaround times, we offer expedited services at an additional cost.
Larger Projects: The turnaround time for larger projects is generally two weeks, allowing for comprehensive editing, retouching, and quality assurance.
Please note that turnaround times may vary based on the specific requirements and intricacies of each project. We strive to accommodate our clients’ timelines while maintaining the highest standards of quality.
Yes, we are more than willing to travel for shoots to accommodate our clients’ needs. We have experience working with clients in Sydney and Brisbane, and we’re available to travel to locations both domestically and internationally as required.
For shoots that require travel outside of our local area, there may be an additional cost to cover expenses such as transportation and accommodation. These costs will be discussed and agreed upon with the client beforehand to ensure transparency and clarity. Our goal is to make the shooting process as convenient and seamless as possible for our clients, regardless of location.
Our cancellation policy is as follows:
For smaller projects, clients may cancel up to 72 hours prior to the shoot date without incurring any fees or penalties.
For larger projects, we require a 50% deposit to secure the booking. This deposit is refundable if the client cancels the project at least one week prior to the scheduled shoot date. If canceled within the one-week timeframe, the deposit may be forfeited, but the project can be rescheduled for a later date without penalty.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we strive to be flexible and accommodating to our clients’ needs. Our goal is to maintain open communication and find mutually satisfactory solutions in the event of cancellations or rescheduling.
